Reception Décor

Basic Backdrop & Accent Table Package:

  • You provide the centerpieces for the guest tables but we will place them
  • We will light the candles before the start of the reception, set out favors, wine glasses at head table, cake table serving set, punch table napkins/cups, and tear down at the end of the night.

extras

  • All disposable supplies are extra, such as fresh flowers*, balloons, helium, candles, and anything that we cannot reuse
  • Every guest table over 45 tables is another 20.00 per table
  • Mileage fee of 50 cents per mile
  • All linens, other than table runners and overlays, are extra, such as tablecloths and table skirting (if needed)
  • Chair covers available in black, ivory, and white, 2.00 per chair which includes placement and laundry. Does not include sash or band

*We have a wholesale account for fresh flowers. You will get all your fresh flowers at our discount. The cost of arranging the flowers is included in the package price. This is only for reception centerpieces and does not include your bouquets.

Above prices include setup, teardown, and consultations (initial and 6-8 weeks before wedding). Anything that we set up we will tear down. Anything that you set up, you are responsible for taking down.

If your venue does not set up tables and chairs, you will need to set them up and take them down.

There is a $500.00 deposit to hold your date, which will be applied to your final bill.
